49 CFR Hazmat Safety Training
This Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Hazardous Material Safety Training Course was developed to support the education and uptake of those who must comply with the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR). Upon course completion, students will walk away with comprehensive general awareness and familiarization knowledge on the HMR, as well as function-specific training on key aspects of their job as they relate to offering hazardous materials for transport in commerce. This course includes a final exam and meets requirements to help companies certify they have provided proper training to meet HMR.
Course topics include: General Awareness and Familiarization Training, how to access and use the Hazardous Materials Table, the importance of and how to properly complete shipping papers, packaging regulations, driver training and materials of trade, loading and unloading of hazardous materials, security, and safety training.

IATA Category 1 Shippers Basic Dangerous Goods Training
This International Air Transportation Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Training Course was developed to support the education and uptake of those who are classified as Category 1 Shippers. Upon course completion, students will walk away with a comprehensive understanding of what qualifies as a dangerous good, how to classify dangerous goods by hazard class, the proper approach to handle dangerous goods, and how to safely transport dangerous goods by air. Students will learn how to properly code, mark, label, and document goods to meet safety requirements and regulations. TSquared Logistics is an IATA Accredited School. This course concludes with a final exam and meets the specified IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) training requirements.
Course Topics Include: Definition of dangerous goods, how to use Regulations Page XXIII, state and operator variations, technical instructions for the safe transport of dangerous goods by air, shipper and operator responsibilities, forbidden goods, dangerous goods in excepted and limited quantities, hazard classes, selecting proper shipping names, packaging responsibilities of shippers, packing instructions, codes, marking and labeling, required documentation, the emergency response guidebook, and general safety training.

IATA Category 1 Shippers Recurrent Dangerous Goods Training
This International Air Transportation Association (IATA) Recurrent Dangerous Goods Training Course was developed to reinforce and refresh Category 1 Shippers’ knowledge from previous basic training course(s). Upon course completion, students will walk away with a renewed understanding of how to identify dangerous goods, necessary approaches to properly pack, mark and label, handle, and document dangerous goods to meet safety requirements and regulations. TSquared Logistics is an IATA Accredited School. This course concludes with a final exam and meets the specified IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) recurrent training requirements.

IMO IMDG Code Training
This International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code Training Course was developed to support the education and uptake of those who must comply with the IMDG Code for preparing shipments via vessel. Upon completion of this course, students will understand all required aspects of 49 CFR 172.704 and IMDG Code Chapter 1.3 for Shore-side Personnel that relates to transport via vessel. This course includes a final exam and meets requirements to help companies certify they have provided proper training on the IMDG Code as well as function-specific training on key aspects of any employee’s job as they relate to offering dangerous goods in transport in commerce.
Course Topics Include: Detailed overview of basic requirements of dangerous goods transportation safety regulations; function-specific training including identifying, classifying, packing, marking, labeling, placarding, segregation, and preparing dangerous goods; how to use the Dangerous Goods List in IMDG Code, packaging regulations, required documentation, and general awareness security training.

Metrics 101 Workshop
Many organizations suffer from two unique ailments – measurement minutiae and the power of not doing. They fell into a trap of too many metrics/too little useful information and/or not taking action. The trick is to understand the information needed to communicate to senior management, facility management and supervisors, and to the employees who use the metrics to drive performance for their facility.
This Metrics 101 workshop was developed to help professionals select and align key metrics, develop departmental scorecards, and build a culture of measure and improve for their facilities. This course includes interactive activities, breakout sessions, and homework assignments to help organizations get a running start with using metrics in their operations.
Course Topics Include: Basic fundamentals of performance management, methodology for selecting key metrics, aligning core metrics to strategic goals and objectives, “best-in-class” KPIs, benchmarking, performance scorecards and dashboards for operations analysis, building a performance-based culture with “metrics awareness,” elements to extend a metrics program to suppliers, customers, and supply chain partners.
